Provencal Marinade
This is an old stand-by in our home for chicken or pork.
Vary the flavours with different herbs...rosemary alone is wonderful.
1/4 cup
dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon herbes de provence*
salt and pepper to taste
